When you request a quote we collect your name, phone, email, address/sector and monthly electricity bill. We may also collect technical data (IP, device, browser) via standard analytics.

• To respond to your quote or service request.
• To schedule rooftop surveys and installations.
• To process net-metering applications on your behalf.
• To send service updates (warranty, maintenance reminders).

We do not sell your data. We share information only with regulatory bodies (e.g. IESCO) when required for net-metering, and with logistics partners for equipment delivery.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@itcsolars.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
