What's covered
Manufacturer defects in panels, inverters and batteries are covered for the durations above. Workmanship covers mounting, wiring and labour against installation defects.
What's not covered
- Damage from extreme weather beyond IEC ratings.
- Tampering or modifications by unauthorised technicians.
- Loss caused by IESCO grid faults outside ITC's control.
